Who we are
Artha, on the web at arthaapp.com and in the apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, is made by Anwar Creative Studio LLC, a California company ("we"). By creating an account or using Artha, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live.
Not financial advice
Artha helps you see and plan your own money. Its numbers, including what's safe to spend, come from what you enter or import and can be wrong if that information is incomplete. Its assistant can make mistakes. Nothing in Artha is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and Artha doesn't move money or connect to your bank.
Your data
What you put into Artha is yours. We use it only to run Artha for you, as described in the privacy page. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Fair use
Don't misuse Artha: no attempts to reach other people's data, to overload or disrupt the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Price and changes
Artha is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you'll never be charged without choosing to pay. We improve Artha often; features can change, and we'll keep these terms current, with a new date above when they change.
No warranty, limited liability
We work hard to keep Artha accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Ending
You can stop using Artha and delete your account whenever you like. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and give you time to export your data first.
